Service Description

Initial Consultation (Free) Two additional consultation meetings (Unlimited phone calls /emails. Up to 1 months of reception and consultation advice, including etiquitte advice and support through out the entire planning process. One Site Visit & Walk Through prior to Rehearsal. On-site logistics and vendor coordination on the day of the event. Event clean up management. Review all vendor contracts. Confirm all vendors. Handle all final payments and gratuities. Wedding Day Direction – (Oversee Ceremony Set Up, Oversee Reception Set Up, Conduct Flow of Schedule of events.


Cancellation Policy

Hangers Weddings and Events Policy 1. Purpose This policy outlines the standards and procedures for organizing and executing weddings, picnics, and related events under Hangers Weddings and Events. It ensures a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all clients while maintaining our company’s reputation for excellence. 2. Scope This policy applies to all Hangers Weddings and Events staff, contractors, and clients involved in weddings, picnics, or other organized events. 3. Booking & Reservations All weddings and picnic events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Clients must provide a confirmed guest list, dietary restrictions, and any special requirements at least 7 days prior to the event. A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to secure the date. Final payment must be received 2 weeks before the event. 4. Event Locations Hangers Weddings and Events maintains a list of approved venues to ensure safety, accessibility, and quality of experience. Clients may request alternative locations, subject to site inspection and approval by Hangers Weddings and Events. Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Hangers Weddings and Events reserves the right to reschedule or relocate events in cases of inclement weather. 5. Event Planning & Services Hangers Weddings and Events provides: Weddings: full planning and coordination, catering, décor, entertainment, photography and videography coordination, setup and breakdown, and day-of coordination. Picnics: event setup and breakdown, catering and beverages, tables, chairs, linens, picnic accessories, and entertainment or activities coordination. Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate guest counts Communicating any special requests or restrictions 6. Safety & Conduct Hangers Weddings and Events ensures safety protocols are followed, including first aid kits on-site. Clients and guests must adhere to venue rules, including litter management, alcohol consumption policies, and safety regulations. Hangers Weddings and Events reserves the right to remove any guest who poses a risk to safety or disrupts the event. 7. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 3 weeks prior to the event will receive a partial refund of [insert 20% of the total payment. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed based on venue availability and may incur additional fees.
