Initial Consultation (Free) Monthly Consultation Meetings including a site visit. (Unlimited phone calls/emails Up to 12 months of reception and consultation advice, including etiquitte advice and support thought out the entire planning process. Provision of a Vendor Recommendation List (Unlimited Names per Category)including florist, venue, caterer, baker, Photographer,. Venue selection recommendation. Hiring and management of all vendors. Concept design and guidance. One Site Visit & Walk Through prior to Rehearsal. Assist with floor plan/layout and present site plan conclusion. Timeline and itinerary development. On-site logistics and vendor coordination on the day of the event. Event clean up management. Scheduling and Attendance at all Vendor Meetings. Review all vendor contracts. Design, Concept Development & Execution (décor, color scheme, invitations, cake selection and much more) Provide couple with Checklists. Budget management and Tracking. Develop Wedding Day Schedule. Handle all final payments and gratuities. Wedding Day Direction – (Oversee Ceremony Set Up, Oversee Reception Set Up, Conduct Flow of Schedule of events. *does not include cost of décor items such as flowers, linens etc
